This Return Policy applies in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory or contractual rights, including the consumer guarantees which are imposed by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986
Our Guarantee to You
Because we want you to be 100% satisfied, you can return your purchase(s) made at adidas.com.au within 30 days provided the product is unused and complete (including the original packaging insofar as reasonably possible). Special rules apply to returns for customised (mi adidas) products, see below. Please follow the instructions on your packing slip. All return packages must be shipped using the return label from the carrier or with some other form of traceable shipment. We cannot assume responsibility for misdirected or lost shipments.
30 days returns policy
You may return your adidas purchase within 30 days from receipt for a full refund provided the product is unused and complete (including the original packaging insofar as reasonably possible). If the return falls outside of this period, or the item is worn, damaged or not in its original packaging, adidas cannot accept the returned items and cannot give a refund under this Return Policy. Clothing returns can only be accepted under this Return Policy if the original label/ hangtag has not been removed.
Special rules apply to returns for customised (mi adidas) products, see below.
www.adidas.co.nz does not exchange products. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for refund and place a new order. It is only possible to get a refund on returns under this Return Policy when the return is in line with our Return Policy.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you have questions regarding damaged or defective merchandise purchased online at www.adidas.co.nz, please contact us at 0508 234 327 or e-mail our Customer Service team.
To return a product, please follow the instructions below:
1. Before you ring customer service, please ensure you have the packing/returns delivery note which was included within your delivery.
2. Call customer service on 0508 234 327 (Monday to Friday 9am – 7pm) and they will explain the return options available to you.
3. You will be instructed on how to complete the paperwork and then pack the items into the original parcel, with the original packaging and all the labels/hangtags are still attached.
Then return the parcel to adidas as instructed.
If you have lost your return documents, please contact customer service on 0508 234 327 so we can provide you with new ones.
The length of time your return is in transit is beyond our control; although once we do receive your return we will process it as quickly as possible. We therefore need to allow at least 14 days receiving and processing your return. Although adidas will refund the money within 2 days after processing your return, your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process your refund and for it to reach your account. We'll notify you via e-mail once we've received and processed the returned product(s). We'll refund the value of the product(s) total. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
Customised & mi adidas Returns Policy
Customised & mi adidas products are created just for you. That means we cannot accept returns of customised or mi adidas products under this Return Policy. If you have questions regarding defective merchandise purchased online at adidas.com.au, please contact us at 0508 234 327 or e-mailour Customer Service team. For questions about mi adidas products purchased at one of our retail stores, please call the store where you purchased your mi adidas product. The phone number is printed on your receipt.
