micoach is all you need to get the results you want.
Nice looking trainer arrived on time and was a good fit but my sporty son only wore it a few times and the thin fabric upper started to develop a hole. Rather disappointed that the material was not strong enough to withstand greater wear and tear.
My son started wearing these in early April 2015 and has averaged running about 25 to 30 miles a week since then. After six months the tread wear is pretty even but it is time to replace them. The continental tread is pretty tough and no issues with the upper portion. He races in spikes though. My brother-in-law who is a college cross country coach recommends getting two pairs of training shoes to alternate. Pretty expensive when I have 4 boys and 2 are already involved in XC. However, injuries could prove more expensive.
These shoes are amazingly comfortable for running and everyday use however do not attempt sports in these shoes as they are not built to handle the decelerations and side to side movement involved in most sports. However, overall they are a great shoe and I have no complaints.
Although the outlook is not really impressive, but I think that the quality , exactly is the durability, is guaranteed for this kind of product. Compared to ultra boost, it's not as light as that ultra boost. But I still think the shoes will last long. Choose your right size, or just a little bit higher for fit.
I use them to referee soccer games. I have used them on wet & dry field turf, also on dry grass. If you are looking for a minimalist upper with a flexible sole, these are great. They are cushy when up on your toes sprinting and cushy for heel strikes. I've put about 60 miles on them with no discernible wear and less knee pain then my previous Nike shoes. Would love to see the "boost" used in a Samba-like shoe to play soccer in.
The shoes are great they fit perfectly and the style is flawless. I don't like how on my right shoe i can be standing, and no matter how I tie, adjust of modify my foot in the shoe, my foot always shifts and it becomes a bit uncomfortable. but other than that, it is a pretty amazing shoe. Great feel and resistance
Runners' World got it right when they named the Supernova Glide Boost 6 as editors pick last year!! The Glide 7 just continues the tradition!! Great shoe of all my workouts, including long runs, tempo sessions and hill reps! Mile after mile, they just keeps propelling my feet forward!!
I love these shorts, being a 32 waist and 5'10 in height I ordered a Small size. They are a perfect fit, the reflective side panels have yet to be tested due to not having an evening run as yet. I run 7 days a week so I have about 3-4 pairs of shorts. These by far are the most comfortable.
Great pair of trainers. As someone who has flat feet I have been buying the supernova sequence for years as they are the best shoes at supporting my almost non existent arches. Although these seem to be harder at first, when you start wearing them in there is a definite boost to the spring in your step and they are very comfortable trainers. Highly recommended.
I have been an Adidas product user for over 40 years. Over the last 10 years, I have been a middle distance runner - 10K and 1/2 marathons - and have worn Adidas running shoes. Up to now, I've worn the Supernova Sequence series through up to the 6th generation. They were great for over-pronators like me. However, with the recent addition of the boost materials in the Sequence series, the "configuration" of the shoes changed. Gone, for example, were the reinforced heels, etc. But, when the 7th generation was released, I decided to buy a pair anyway ... name recognition, etc. Although well built and comfortable, they were not the shoes that best suited me; they were not like the previous generations. I continue to wear the 7s for gym work ,cycling and walking - they are excellent and very comfortable but not for running! In an effort to find a pair of shoes like the the Supernovas up to generation 6, I saw and test-fitted a pair of Adistar Boosts. They have the heel support I was used to in the earlier configurations of the Supernovas and were the right shoe for me. Although I have only run in them a few times, they have the support of the earlier Sequence series. The style and design our outstanding. I am looking forward to wearing the Adidstars for the many runs I have in the future. Thanks, Adidas!
I am a basketball official, have been for 40 years now. Always looking for the next best thing to help get me up and down the court. Have learned that the lighter the shoe the less I have to carry with me each and every step. That translates into better movement and less fatigue so I can do a better job adjusting to make sure I have the best look possible and get where I need to be to see the entire play each and every time. I work a lot of games in the local high school and youth development leagues around Portland and Vancouver each season. I look to these shoes to get me through the riggers of the game I love. Have yet to actually try them out and will update this at a later time as the new season is coming.
I usually wear other brands and recently, I have been appreciating the models from Adidas this year like the tubular and espically the pure boost 2. I love this shoe for casual wear and I constantly get compliments on these. Let's start off with the cushioning. The boost midsole is very soft and shock absorbent yet still retains its shape throughout every step. There is no insole so you are on top of the boost with opened areas or pods of boosting in the heel and midfoot. I wish the pure boost 3 would have opened areas or pods in the forefoot. Next is the upper, durability, and outsole. The outsole is a soft rubber yet I do not see any signs of damage. The boost is soft but fairly durable, I would just be cautious with it. I have worn these four times a week for a month and I see no damage, except for stains. Buy a bleaching pen and bleach the stains on the boost in order to keep them nice and clean for a year. The upper is soft and harder in the heel or added support. The toecap of the pure boost one was removed, which is kind of disappointing. All in all, it's more comfortable than a roshe, which is amazing. It will hold up for a year and you'll love this product!
This shoes are great for running and some trail hiking. After some miles of break-ins they seem to conformed with your feet as you use them everyday. Very light and flexible to my feet. Maybe if Adidas will use some real leather they will look great and add more value.
Bought these shoes for outdoor running and everyday walking around based on recommendations from a friend that Boost is simply awesome. I have to say the boost technology is great. It feels like walking on air. There's a definite spring when pushing off on them. I found the fit to be quite true, with a size 9 fitting me perfectly and that is what I am normally. The primeknit upper is actually a great idea. Fits snug and feels very secure but not tight in a elastic uncomfortable way. All in all worth the money!
I was looking for new shoes for general work outs, local dry weather trail walking and casual wear. I saw the Kanadia TR7 in numerous colours and then these on offer so I grabbed a pair. These have worked out to be such quality and an amazing bargain. Straight from the box I got no chafing or blisters. I get hot feet and the ventilation on these is amazing. The grip on all surfaces encountered so far has been brilliant. They are also so lightweight it's unreal but so far the soles are more than tough enough from the off reading. I have recommended these to some friends. Well chuffed.
A quality product that fits excellently and looks good. Material feels very comfortable and gives good ease of movement. The side pockets and the back key/coin pocket are also useful when out on a run.
Very bouncy and comfortable on the feet. I have problems with my left foot and numbness. However, my left foot felt pretty good in these shoes wile running an 8 km run. I usually start feel some pain after 4 km but I am able to run the whole 8 km without pain.
I tried on a pair at the adidas store. They didn't really have a color way i wanted, saw these online & had to have em. I don't usually wear them with socks but they are easily the most comfortable pair of shoes I own. I'd recommend to anyone from those that run or those that just like the way they look and feel.
I have the Pure Boost 1.0 and Ultra Boost however I feel that these are the absolute best of the three for being on my feet as much as I do on the day to day. The Boost 1.0's structure wasn't as comfortable so there have been upgrades to the shoe itself but the sole/cushion is equally as comfy. Ultra Boost are great for runs but not as comfortable for your walks around town. Would definitely recommend the Pure Boost 2.0s
At the tender age of 46, I decided to kick start my fitness regime with a new pair of trainers, honestly can't fault the Ultra Boost, would seriously recommend them to anyone who does some serious miles.
iv wanted a pair of these for ages and finally bit the bullet given how popular they are and how quickly they were selling out! The yellow are simply gorgeous! The knitted material is very pleasing on the eye and comfortable. The bounce is definitely an improvement on the first iterations and one of the most comfortable shoes iv ever worn! The only 2 words of warning are.... Not great in the wet... The knitted material is not meant to be waterproof but also has visible gaps between the threads so not ideal in wet conditions. Secondly, they need to be worn in! I wore mine to the cinema when I first purchased them and after a while they became very uncomrtsble around my ankles... The closed neck needs to be stretched and bedded in for a while otherwise they kind of strangle your ankle if worn for long durations! Other than that, thoroughly recommend and best trainers on the market now... Shame the stock levels and colours are hard to come by!
Very comfortable shoes. And holding up quite well after a few months working two jobs, still look new and tread is hardly worn. Order my size and fit great. They stay tied too. Look nice and the black color is necessary for one job. Very good traction sometimes almost too good. Overall typical Adidas comfort and durability with this pair. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 because one shoe had a very slight defect in the sole in the front by the toe, almost wanted to send them back when i received them but glad i didn't. The defect is more me being picky, you can't notice it unless you're analyzing the shoe.
Aside from the first hour of slight tightness, once settle in; this is by far the best running shoes I ever have, compare to the already excellent boost glide 6, the ultra boost is super fast , agile couldn't imagine any other running shoes can replace this ultimate Ultra Boost! Well done!
This is the third one of these I have purchased. They are a fantastic top, great fit, without being to tight, excellent length, feels comfortable on the skin and never rubs. If you want a great looking top that's comfortable and warm look no further!
This shoe is the BOMB for casual wear. Whether you are going out to a party, hanging with friends at the mall, going to school, or anything suited for casual wear. I usually wear different brands but I was so impressed when I put my foot in to these Adidas shoes. Firstly, I would like to start off with the no insole, midsole, and rubber outsole. The shoe has no insole and the foot is exposed to the Boost foam in the heel. In the forefoot, there is something blocking the Boost from the foot. I would like to have some pods where the boost is exposed to the foot in the forefoot in areas like the ball of the foot and the toe, not just in the heel and midfoot. The midsole is very comfortable and the foam is squishy, yet very responsive. The roshe midsole has nothing on the boost midsole. It is so squishy yet but so bouncy, I feel a bounce in every step. The outsole has very soft rubber but is very durable. Lastly, the upper is very supportive in the midfoot and somewhat supportive in the heel but lacks forefoot support. I would like for the upper in the forefoot to be a tiny bit more restrictive and for the toebox in the original to come back. I wouldn't use these for sports an they are very comfortable but lack support. All in all, these are very comfortable and are a must buy! If you can find these on sale you should buy them immediately.
