Comfy and good looking what more can u ask for. Great product and great price. Got them in both colours and would recommend both equally. Go well with my track suit and all my other outfits equally. Would recommend to a friend.
These socks are very stylish and of amazing quality. These may be a men's product, but as a female I absolutely love them. They're warm and comfortable. The only negative is that they're slightly snug around the calves which means they leave indentations of the sock's material pattern. Overall I'd recommend this product.
I'm a size 42. I bought the 8.5 - 10 for me, but they were clearly too big. Thanks Adidas for the refund. The 5.5 - 8 that I bought for my wife were too large for her, but okay for me. The quality is good but fit is okay only. I guess because it's such a low cut sock, there's not much you can do about the socks falling off when walking without shoes. Agree with other reviews, these socks seems to get a bit sweaty even in cool weather.
The sizing guide shown on the web page is confusing so double check you get it right before ordering. Having had to send back a pair (a simple and hassle free process) and ordering another I find them to be light and thin so definitely a spring/summer sock for use with trainers. They are made to the usual high standard and are extremely comfortable and great value for money.
I purchased the Climalite Thin Liner Socks for my boys, 3 pairs in the pack for Christmas, you can never have enough training socks, right. I chose Adidas as I have purchased these before and the wear and tear the socks go through outlast any other brand I have purchased in the past. I highly recommend any Adidas training sock if you want a product that will last.
These socks are rather tight - something I like as it prevents them from slipping down your legs during a game. Even without a shin pad slipped inside, the socks still remain where you put them from the minute you put them on. I feel as though I don't sweat as much using these socks, unlike others I have used previous. I wasn't actually looking for these socks, I was after a different pair however I'm extremely content with this product.
I've purchased many 'trainer' socks in my time including some designer labels and these Adidas examples seem to be the only ones that sit low on your ankle when wearing something serious! Nicely make to boot....
They are socks, can't knock them too much, they look good and are quite stretchy. Cons: They make my feet sweatier than my other training socks, I think they need a higher cotton content. Also they come higher up the ankle than expected, they cover the ankle bones.
I purchased 2x3 pairs from JD sports shop but unfortunately they sold out of the size I required,so it left my no alternative to purchase direct from Adidas. Where I purchased another 2x3 pairs. there a great quality sock, great length and very comfortable and like my wife says"they wash well" I will be purchasing some more but in black with the 3 famous white strips!! I must put this when I ordered from Adidas I was given a tracking order from DHL which I couldn't understand as it was in German! Then it was given over too parcel force!! I've had problems with parcel force UK before in the past, also there was a problem on the online delivery invoice. Parcel force UK left no calling card to say my parcel had been a attempted delivery,I had to phone up Adidas UK to find out where it was. So the next morning I had to drive a 24 mile round trip to collect my items(not just the socks) So it was a good job it was a FREE delivery it just cost me my time and fuel! PLEASE ADIDAS UK please use a different delivery company.
I got a couple pairs of these socks to wear while boxing and training. I have ankle problems, and socks that end anywhere below the top of my calf restrict circulation. These are the perfect solution: they go right up to my knee--when the top is folded over, which helps accommodate various heights or preferences--and maintain constant pressure on my calf, ankle and foot to keep down any swelling. They have padded toe and heel areas for extra protection and a sort of elasticised band around the ankle to keep them in place and offer a tad more compression. Really, a fantastic deal. Now, the sizing: I wear 9-9.5US in Adidas shoes, and the sock size 7812 (sometimes called 7-10, M or 3) are my preferred choice, but I don't wear any padding beneath them as would a soccer player plus I like them a bit tight. The size above those (9101, a.k.a. L or 4) also fit me fine but would offer more leeway for padding etc.
Bought these for my nearly 6 year old who has smallish feet, and they were perfect in both foot length and leg length (previous sized correct foot length have always been far too long for him and way over his knees). These were perfect.
I have been after some socks of this type for a while. I would compare the quality to Marks & Spencer. I have since ordered the plain black ones to see if they are as good. If they are i will be replacing my whole sock drawer.
Have bought many trainer socks, but these are the best ones so far, very comfortable to wear and don't fall down whilst wearing trainers, highly recommended. Am going to order some more. Also very reasonable price, you can pay the same price for no name brand that wont last.
The socks is bit of thin. I expect something I can wear for gym running, but they won't fit that purpose. I usually wear 8-8.5 size, so I chose 5.5-8 size, they fit alright, but it would be better if I had chosen a bigger pair.
I ordered two packs of these socks; the first in a size 8 1/2 - 11. Now, I am a UK size 10, occasionally going up to 10 1/2 in certain shoes, generally sports trainers. With this in mind, I went for that particular size bracket. Upon receiving the product and trying them on, the heel went straight pst my own on its way up my leg; they were not just too big, they were essentially impossible to wear. The band of the socks, listed as 'a low cut, that hides just below your shoe', was in fact well above my trainers. Bear in mind that I am closer to the top of the supposed size range. I now have to send them back and am awaiting the results; obviously, I have to take a sock out of the pack to try them on, even for just a few seconds to determine fit. I am hoping this will not cause me any problems, and I will be extremely annoyed if it does. The second pack I ordered in the lower size band, listed as 5 1/2 - 8, fit acceptably; this does however seem ridiculous, and I'm not sure what those who happen to have smaller than average feet are supposed to do. It is only fair to note that this is a problem that can often afflict trainer/ankle socks, and these are far from the only ones that suffer, but given the extra cost it seems galling to still be forced to deal with the same issue. In terms of quality, the socks feel nice, they are thin but thick enough to feel legitimate and are of noticeably better quality than the multipacks of trainer socks sold in certain Magpie-affiliated mega-chain sports stores. I have worn them to the gym a couple of times and they performed perfectly well. If you can sort out the fit, they're decent socks.
It may seem silly to rave about a plain cotton sock put these have a few nice details. For one, they have a few woven lines around the arch of the foot to keep them feeling secure, aswell as ankles with enough elastic around the ankle to keep them up around the ankles without falling down or restricting circulation at all. The reason I like Adidas socks, though, is that the sole of the sock is noticeably softer than most when walking on a hard surface such as hardwood floors but not bulky when.in a shoe. I don't have a large foot--usually a 9.5--and the large fit perfectly and I like my socks a bit on the tighter side.
Bought these in the 10-12 1/2k size. Perfect for my little boy he is a size 12. fit is lovely not too tight in the leg so he can easily pull them up but at he same time they keep their shape and are not baggy. Well worth the money.
Bought 2 pairs for grandsons aged 9 and 5 and sizes were perfect, unlike many available elsewhere. The red with white logo looks good but we really wanted a black logo as that is what Wrexham FC wear but these do not appear to be generally available. Overall happy boys.
