Really like these shoes, I'd go as far as to say they're the best I've had over the past 3 or 4 years. Good impact absorption, very comfortable all round, no rubbing or pinching anywhere. I particularly like the support and padding around the heel area, which really works for me. The lacing can be customised a little to get an individual fit. Adidas do recommend going up half a size over your usual with these shoes, I had to go up from 10 to 11 to get a perfect fit, but that's just my feet! ... read more
First thing you notice when taking them out of the box: these look great and are light! I ordered them a half size up compared to my adios 3 and that was good. They feel very narrow. Also the heel section is low and feels like a sock really. I like the shoes best when wearing them without socks. The feeling when running is fast and responsive, but given my comment on the heel section, I would not wear them for long runs. ... read more
This shoe is really nice and looks really good. I've been a size 12 for a long time, but the size 12 is tight on width and feels more like an 11.5. If you are planning to get this shoe, I suggest getting the next size up. ... read more
I am extremely pleased with the entire customer service experience; from browsing the site to the actual purchase and speedy delivery. Truly informative information about the products versatility, qualities and customer reviews really help guide someone to making an informed decision and purchasing the appropriate product for their specific needs. I have not had the opportunity yet to go for a run , but I am definitely looking forward to see how they feel. So far , I am very pleased with the design ,weight and comfort ... read more
I bought these for my roommate on his birthday. And he loved them. He never wears Adidas but I convinced him for these. And he's now a fan like me. They fit him comfortably, perfect size, nice colors. ... read more
Fit is slightly on narrow side, but went with normal size and remember that Primeknit does adapt. Had a few issues trying to find the right tension with the lacing (given there is no tongue) but once done, it fits perfectly. It's a very responsive and firm shoe that I would recommend people gradually wear in - especially if you're used to running in traditionally cushioned shoes. This is meant for either light and fast runners, or people whose feet are already very strong. I use this shoe as my daily trainer and have had a great experience in it so far: light, easy to pick up the pace when necessary on tempos and fartleks, but still comfortable (subjectively) on easy runs. I use it on various terrains, including road and hard packed trails, and have never found myself needing more. Yes it's very expensive (I managed to pick up a pair at an Adidas Outlet store for half price), but quality of materials and build design is definitely up there. So far, after approximately 150 kms, everything has held up totally fine, though rubber lugs on lateral sides have shaven down (due to my running gait), which is a little disappointing. All in all, great running shoe if wanting to be light and fast, yet comfortable as can be in such a light shoe. ... read more
I really like this pair, they are comfortable, well built, caushion system is good, the soles are great,... the only problem I encountered with this pair is a pain I feel at the back of the anckle for an unknown reason because everything is soft at this place. The lacing system is quite confusing, I don’t like to show the laces so I don’t tie them and place the lace inside the shoe, maybe it’s the reason of the pain I feel ( less support ) I will try this fix this up because these shoes are amazing, I will be looking for another adidas pair. ... read more
I do the majority of my running in Adizero Bostons but fancied giving these a try for some short races and haven't been disappointed. In my first training run in these I had to look at my feet during the first few steps to make sure I actually had shoes on as they are that lightweight! In my first 10k race wearing them I PB'd. Will be interesting to see if they remain as comfortable on longer runs as I now move into a marathon training phase. Based on the recommendation of other reviewers I went up a half size and they fit perfectly. ... read more
These have the same outsole as the Adios but come up significantly smaller, which I find baffling. I compared the reviews for both before purchasing; the average review suggests that these are true to size whereas the Adios come up small - that plainly isn't the case. Having to send these back and the next two sizes up are now sold out, which is pretty disappointing overall as the shoes look great. I only wish they fitted! ... read more
Love the look of the shoe. Got mine on offer which was a bonus! They are on the small side but luckily I looked at reviews first and acted on what others had said. I am a 4.5 and bought a 5. I would get a size up to be comfortable. The colours are as shown on website. ... read more
Great shoes for race days. Exaclty as described, lightweight and prefect for 5K's. Running with them for more then 4 to 5 miles, your feet start to feel the toll so they arent for long runs as stated! They bring attention! Compliments are common. Quality is nice as well. Recommended Ima buy a pair again during the summer for 5k events ... read more
Lovely trainers but had some issues with the sizing compared to my other prime knit ones. Half a size up from my normal size & they are a nicer fit. Overall really happy with the product. Would recommend, but highly stress to go up half a size as it was third time lucky on my sizing which was a bit of hassle with online ordering only. ... read more
I love these. I normally don’t buy running shoes from Adidas, but I fell in love with the design and I had to get them. For the people who are wondering if they do in fact run small, I’m normally a 5.5 and I ordered a size 7 when I bought the Parley Adizero because I knew these ran small. The green was a bit more vivid than I had originally thought and from what I was led to believe by looking at the pictures. Otherwise, I absolutely love these. ... read more
I'd love to see an all black sole, wonder if those will ever get made. Plus what's up with the white bottoms these days though? I feel there are too many of them without darker variations for us folks who 'd rather not have dirt. ... read more
I returned this shoe because the inner-sole (the removable liner) was too big for the shoe, and bunched up inside. Upon closer inspection, the inner sole is labelled for sizes 11.5 to 12.5. This was a size 12 shoe so it didn't fit. At this price, I should not have to trim my own inner-sole. ... read more
I purchased this shoe after having a great experience with the Ultra Boost Primeknit. I was looking for a slightly lighter shoe for faster training days. I bought the same size as my Ultra Boost and the Adizero Prime is smaller in length pushing my toe pretty close to the end. I laced up tighter and both heels ended up with blisters after a short 5 mile run. The hard, inflexible heel cup caused hot spots which is something I did not expect from Adidas and definitely not from the Adizero line. Sadly, the shoes have been moved from the active line to grocery store duty. Not willing to risk losing training to heel blisters. ... read more
Still waiting for refund so I can purchase again for a size 10, sent them back the first time and then I ordered again but they sent me completely wrong size and different trainers so can’t really comment if they are worth the price of £170. They best be for that price. ... read more
I am a 9.5 UK size or US 10 in all boost trainers (supernova, boston, Ultraboost, Ultraboost ST). So naturally, I ordered the same size for these trainers. They felt like an 8.5 UK or 9 US. I had to send them back and obviously, no other sizes were available (US 105 or even 11). I will definitely keep mu eye out for these when a larger size becomes available. I assume they are very comfortable, hence the high marks. ... read more
These trainers are absolute perfection when it comes running! Much better than the adios 3 which are not to comfy when worn sockless.. but these are amazing worn with or without socks. They are a glove like fit so if you like a looser fit go up 1/2 size. ... read more
I like the fit and feel of the normal adios adizero so opted to try the adios primeknits, mainly due to the fact that I bought them whilst they were on sale. I have only wore them a couple of times and they are definitely as good as the adios aside to but the jury is still out on the lacing system. ... read more
I bought this shoe based on the description on the Adidas website. It looked to be very similar in terms of fit and cushioning to other Adizero shoes I already have and love, but with the bonus of being significantly (more than 100g) lighter. This was surprising but very exciting given that this along could slash minutes off my marathon time. I was very disappointed to discover that they are much heavier than advertised, and in fact similar to my existing shoe. Still a great shoe, superbly comfortable and light in relation to many others but not at all what was described. ... read more
I love the Adidas Boost material having owned over 10 pairs of the Adidas Ultra Boost shoes since they came out. I was in the market for a new pair of racing shoes and was delighted to see these prime knit shoes at a reasonable price. When they arrived I immediately went out for an interval session. The fit is superb when you get the lacing correct, they slip on like socks although I wore ankle socks with them. I suspect you probably don't need to. The resonse is excellent, I could feel the road beneath me but I could also feel the return bounce. My interval session went well, there were no hot spots, no rubbing and no discomfort. Great shoes. ... read more
This is my fourth pair of Adios Boost shoes. I find them a little narrow and the soles are seem to wear quite fast but despite that they are my favourite shoes. Very light, cushioned but fast and super comfortable. The Primeknit upper is a further enhancement. Felt a little tight around the toes initially but fine after the first run. Look great too! ... read more
So, longer distances always pay with some kind of foot blistering/nail problems. Always 'proper' fitting trainers... usually stitching around upper at toe end. Leisure runs problem was solved with ultra boost prime knit. Race/time runs I liked the recent Adios but same problem. Now with prime knit adios i'm off! Fast, comfortable, no post-run issues. Best part is they perceivably make running feel a little less effort. Whether in my head or real, who cares. Running just got better. Usually size 6 shoe and slightly wide foot; (bought 2 sizes online to try on and returned one) size 8 trainer used. ... read more
Theses are probably the best trainers I have owned to date. I have narrow feet and I like how they fit perfectly. The only reason I am not given it a 5 star is because it is not so grippy on the right heel and I have noticed the same issue on other adidas shoes tried in store. Overall, I am happy with the adizero primeknit shoes ... read more
