Fantastic for weightlifters!

I have used the ADIPOWER 3.1 shoes for some time and I can highly recommend them. Great price when you compare them to other brands. Fantastic for ankle stability and perfect for squatting, benching etc. I would recommend going 1/2 a size up than your original shoes size. Highly recommend ... read more

Great for beginners

Really like these shoes so far. I feel a lot more solid when squatting. I squat using a narrower stance, so the heel helps (I used to wear flat shoes). WOMEN's SIZING: I normally wear a WOMENS US 7 to 7.5 and generally have a narrower foot. I ordered a MENS US 6. These fit well, although I could have gone a 1/2 size smaller if I wanted an extra tight fit/wear a thinner sock. The strap across my foot is usually enough to help me feel locked in. For additional reference, the only other pair of Adidas I have are the Continental 80s in a MENS 4.5 - so sizing seems inconsistent between shoes. Hope that helps others figure out their sizing especially if they wear other Adidas shoes in different sizes. ... read more

Great for lifting in comfort

My foot is naturally wide so if you're like me a half size bigger may be recommended! The fit and feel is great for relief on my ankle flexion I'd otherwise get pain from lifting heavy in another shoe! ... read more

Great shoe for lifting

Bought these shoes for squats and the Olympic lifts. These are my first pair of weightlifting shoes and I’m really happy with this purchase. The shoe keeps me stable on the floor and the raised heel lets me hit depth easily. Would definitely recommend! ... read more

Fantastic value lifting shoe

Bought these mainly for CrossFit, out of the box they are more an off white than the white in the images. At first they feel narrow and a bit tight but walked round the house for an hour to break them in. First time wearing them hit a PB back squat. They make a big difference, very solid platform so my lift felt very stable. Cannot recommend these enough, got them in the sale so great value for money too. I went up 1/2 a size and they are very comfortable after breaking them in. ... read more

Good stability for gym users

These shoes are very stable and surprisingly lightweight. The toe area is slightly narrow but I quickly forget about this once I start training. My foot is quite narrow so I’d recommend going true to size. ... read more

Great purchase! Sizing was easy...

I received mine today and they are great. I can already see that they will be beneficial in the gym. I was apprehensive about what size to order. Some reviews said they were too small, some said they were too big. I used the size chart and measured my foot exactly like it said to and ordered the size that was indicated. This shoe was men’s only sizes so remember ladies, order in the men’s equivalent size, not the women’s size! ... read more

Great stable shoes for lifting!

I am usually a UK 6 but ordered a 7 after reading reviews. 6.5 would have been perfect but I kept them anyway as they are very comfy when laced up. My squats already feel better and I don't know how I managed to get this far without them! ... read more

Great value, first-time lifting shoes

Got these in the sale so they were excellent value, and great choice for my first pair of lifting shoes. Plenty of room in the shoe - I went for my normal trainer size in adidas, didn't need to size up. They seem to have lasted well so far - would definitely buy again when needed. ... read more

Runs small and a little narrow

I really like the look of these shoes and they seem great for lifting. But they def run small. I bought my usual size and was super eager to take them to the gym so figured that while they felt a bit tight, they'd loosen up. But alas I think they are actually a half size too small. Bummer! I will have to see if I can shell out for the bigger size. ... read more

Not sure going up a half size was the right thing to do.

Shoes seem nice. I enjoy the support they provide during lifts. I wish I knew what a half size smaller feels like. I think that may have been a better choice rather than going up a half size. Hopefully they hold up; they are made in China. ... read more

Great quality but too loose for my preference.

I read all the great reviews and wanted to like these but my feet felt kinda loose even though I went with half size down. In the end, my feet felt more secure with 2 straps (which I prefer) with Reebok Legacy Lifters. I also prefer the ladies Reebok color schemes better. ... read more

Great shoe!

I was unsure of which size to go for due to the guidance on here. I had size 6 Powerlift 2s which were too big, so I took a gamble on the 5.5s and they were perfect! Same good quality as the Powerlift 2s, and slightly more aesthetically pleasing! ... read more

Best bang for your buck

I’m a powerlifter Who has always just squatted in chuck Taylor’s, these were my first weightlifting shoes. I’m able to squat to depth so much easier and with no lower back rounding or “butt wink”. Shoes make it feel like your feet are glued to the floor and the Velcro strap and narrow design makes for no foot shifting inside of shoe. Very happy with purchase and looking forward to years of use. 10/10 would recommend ... read more
