We’re currently moving our warehouse facility and will be unable to dispatch orders between 23rd September – 5th October.
We are working hard to make this transition as quick and seamless as possible, however this may impact your online order and our dispatch and delivery timelines. Please see below for a breakdown of delay impacts:
-Orders placed before 23rd September: Up to 21 days to dispatch.
-Orders placed from 23rd September to 5th October: Up to 28 days to dispatch.
Please note the following:
-For orders placed during this transition period, there will be a delay receiving your confirmation shipment email. You will receive this email as well as your online tracking information once your order has been processed in our new warehouse and is ready for delivery.
-Please allow additional time for the shipment of your order via our delivery partner.
