We know the countdown to Christmas can be stressful. To make things a little easier, we’ve gathered together all our important Christmas cut-off dates below. If you order before these dates, rest assured your adidas gifts will arrive in time for you to put them under the tree!

How much are delivery costs?

adidas charges flat shipping rates per ship-to address. The flat rates correspond to delivery method. Rates (incl. GST) are as follows:

Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

For all orders exceeding a value of $100, shipping is offered for free.

Most orders begin processing as soon as your online purchase is completed. adidas.co.nz can only ship within New Zealand.

How long does delivery take?

We will endeavour to have all orders, which are placed before 1 p.m. on business days, processed and shipped on the same day. All orders placed after 1 p.m. should be shipped within the next 1-2 business days.

Please note:
  • Our warehouse is closed on public holidays in Melbourne, Australia. For orders placed on, or the day before one of these dates, delivery time will be extended by 1 - 2 working days. During sale periods, orders may take longer to process.

     


How long after I receive my shipment confirmation email will I be able to track my order?

Please note that until the carrier updates their system with your tracking information, you will be unable to track your order via the online tracker. Your shipment confirmation email should include a link to track your order online. There may be some delay between the status of an order being updated on the website, however the carrier usually updates their information within one business day. Tracking information should be available as soon as you receive this email.


Can my delivery address be different from my billing address?

Yes, it is possible. During the checkout process you can choose different addresses.

Please note that this option is only valid for addresses within the same country.


How do I track my order and delivery status?

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and link to track your order online. You will then be able to to track your order via the online tracker. There may be some delay between the status of an order being updated on the website, however the carrier usually updates their information within one business day. Tracking information should be available as soon as you receive this email however, please note that until the carrier updates their system with your tracking information, you will be unable to track your order.

 

If you are not at home to sign for the delivery Toll will leave the parcel in a safe place. In case the driver cannot find a safe place, a notice will be left at the premises with alternative delivery or pick-up options. 


Can you ship outside of New Zealand?

The New Zealand adidas Online Shop can only deliver in New Zealand.
