Both pairs are my correct size—they are neither too small nor too large. Unfortunately, both pairs cause cuts and injuries to my feet in the same area after wearing them. This indicates that the issue is with the design or construction of the clog rather than the size. While I appreciate that you have offered a refund, I hope adidas will also take this feedback seriously. A product that causes injuries when worn at the correct size raises concerns about its design and quality.
