Top quality foam makes this shoe bouncy & fast. The tongue is extremely thin though which presents some difficulties as i have a bone spur on the top of my foot that developed over the years. The insole that comes with the shoe is also ridiculously thin but it comes out easily and i replaced it with an aftermarket version. I did shave about 10 seconds off my usual 5K times so that’s a definite plus. I’m still trying to decide if i need a stability shoe or if my pronation is within normal levels.

One of my favorite shoes to run in.
Great trainer that can do a little of everything. Lightstrike pro is some of the best PEBA foam available at the price point.
