I am still waiting for a response from the email I sent asking where the order is (sent 27th dec) and now waiting for a response to the phone conversation I had with an adidas customer service person who would get back to me 3 days ago and hasn’t. So far I have paid for something I haven’t received, have a really disappointed daughter and have had awful customer service. I’ve been really reasonable throughout the whole process - but being asked to repeatedly to review the product is the last straw! And I still don’t know when or if I will get the product I ordered or what adidas are going to do about it. ... read more

I bought my son sandals. after two hours of use, pink spots appeared on the feet. he did not want to put them on his feet more. on the second day in the morning there were such footsteps as in the photo below. I will never buy them again, when I returned to the store and wanted to file a complaint, they told me that I could not file a complaint because they were used (for two hours). Very good sandal

We love these sandals. Our son is on his second pair (only due to growth). I looked around for other sandal alternatives but kept coming back to this shoe. It is very comfortable, soft sole and uppers, lightweight, it is his everyday shoe. Great for summer and pool/beach. Also great with socks on colder days. Easy to put on and take off. The ONLY let down for me was occasionally a little toe may pop out the side of the strap. It only happens if he's been fidgeting and socks usually deal with the problem.
