CHOOSING THE RIGHT FIT
When choosing hiking shoes, aim for a fit that is snug all over, without being tight, and allows you to wiggle your toes. If shoes are too tight, they can be uncomfortable and cause blisters. CLEANING GORE-TEX SHOES
Carefully wipe away any dirt with a soft cloth and lukewarm water, but no detergent. If you want to remove dirt from inside your GORE-TEX footwear, you can use lukewarm water and a small amount of liquid detergent, or a specific functional clothing detergent.
