Sharp with good quality

I bought this product with squatting in mind. Currently I don’t believe my squat strength has increased but it’s only been a week or so, so not enough time has passed to determine this. I used to squat in a flat shoe (SABO DL shoe). It certainly increases quad activation and takes pressure off the hip joints and lower back if you struggle with either of these on squat. On a side note I decided to try them on bench and it helped immensely with proper leg drive since it was easier to keep my heels planted on the ground. If you’ve never used weightlifting shoes before and have been debating it I would recommend giving them a try, but realize they may not work for you and that’s okay. From a hypertrophy standpoint they will definitely help with quad growth and from a strength stand point they may or may not help, but there is only one way to find out. ... read more

I purchased these as I'm very unbalanced in my morning HIIT class and heard these help with training. I've only worn them once to class but I have to say they make all the difference and they will definitely become a permanent feature in my workouts. ... read more

Amazing training shoes!

I had seen previous reviews recommending to go half a size up so I purchased a 5.5 instead of my usual 5 and they fit perfectly! I barely know I’m wearing them when they’re on and they give great support! ... read more

Perfect for Stronglifts 5x5

I buy this pair of lifting shoes to support my Stronglifts 5x5 program. While I knew that this kind of shoes are extensively used by power lifters, I never consider myself on that select group. Finally, I took my chance with this pair and I can attest that is the best pair of shoes I ever used to lift in my 40 year lift. Perfect fit, strong support by the laces and velcro strap, firm, not to heavy and amazing support when doing any stand exercises, like squads, rows , dead lifts and, overhead presses. ... read more

Glad I tried this shoe

Have worn another brand for a few years but was not happy. Decided to try the Crazytrain shoe and absolutely love it. Comfortable and supportive for whatever type of training I’m doing. Thanks Adidas! ... read more

Great Weight Training Shoe

This are cute, stylish and allow you to feel sure-footed when doing walking lunges and squats and the like. It's my go-to leg day shoe. They're very comfortable and I love how easy they are to take on and off. I have used these for cardio but would NOT recommend these as a running shoe. Rowing machine, stairmill, elliptical and speed walking are fine with this shoe. Running would require more structure in my opinion. Happy with my purchase! ... read more

Love these trainers

So I actually bought the black ones of these whilst in Vegas and started wearing them for my hiit classes at the gym. I saw them on sale and had to get some more so purchased them in this colour and also the khaki. They are by far my favourite trainers and I wear only these now for all my various gym classes!! ... read more

Perfect weightlifting shoes for me

I was struggling to get a pair of decent weightlifting shoes as I have tiny feet small size 3 and many weightlifting shoes are too large (lots only for men) seems some sport brands forget women (even small women) do also train for weightliftings. Thanks for Adidas made such wonderful weightlifting trainers. It is exactly what I need. I have narrow feet so 3.5 fit me perfectly, as I found any other Adidas trainers 3.5 slightly too big and wide as I prefer snuggling fit. I also love the small wedge, not too heigh just enough to enhance my lighting since I am quite flexible for deep squats already. All in all, I would say fab trainers and thanks again to Adidas. I may get another pair with different colour for my colour coding gym outfits. :) ... read more

Welcome addition to my Gym trainer collection

Absolutely love the colour of these trainers. More importantly they are incredibly comfortable, I suffer with blisters on my heels and ankles and the padding around that area has actually been such a welcome surprise! They aren't the most light weight of my trainers but the comfort level compensates for this. ... read more

Great for boxfit

Shoes are very comfortable, my foot is very stable, non slip and it's great for HIIT and boxfit. They look better than on the website too. I must admit that they are not heavier than I expected but it's because of rubber sole. ... read more

Best Squat Shoes

I don't often review products, but shoes are worth it. I bought them for squatting, and they sure get the job done. They keep my feet in place and stable during heavy lifts. I don't recommend for deadlifting, as they have a large heel. Awesome overall squatting shoes though - highly recommend! ... read more

Such a shame, boost killed by rigid outer sole

Having a Pure Boost earlier it was out of the question I'm replacing with the same range as it actually made me feel energised, could not stop jumping in it. However, I'm utterly disappointed this time. "Boost is our most responsive cushioning ever: The more energy you give, the more you get" That was, despite my scepticism, absolutely true with my old Pure Boost but this style has an extremely rigid outer sole. Feels like wearing a piece of plank. No flexibility whatsoever and certainly not any energy given back however hard I try. Kills the boost, entirely. Which is a real shame, because otherwise, this could be my perfect shoes. Love the moulded arch, as I found being supported and snugged. Love the spacious toe area for my wide feet. Grateful for the reinforced toe as I have big toes and can't wear any of the other style's flat toes. Can put up with the thick material (but whish it would be just a little more loosely knitted). Really sad as I just don't feel like training in it, and hard to know what it could be capable of. ... read more

Superior hard bottom lifting shoe at an excellent value with minimal lift

I’ve said that the width is a hair wider but that of course is subjective based on the individual lifters foot. My foot tends to be narrow/regular and so I’m always tightening the ties, as well as the strap. Overall the 3.1 is an absolutely better choice than my chucks! ... read more
