These socks are rather tight - something I like as it prevents them from slipping down your legs during a game. Even without a shin pad slipped inside, the socks still remain where you put them from the minute you put them on. I feel as though I don't sweat as much using these socks, unlike others I have used previous. I wasn't actually looking for these socks, I was after a different pair however I'm extremely content with this product.
I got a couple pairs of these socks to wear while boxing and training. I have ankle problems, and socks that end anywhere below the top of my calf restrict circulation. These are the perfect solution: they go right up to my knee--when the top is folded over, which helps accommodate various heights or preferences--and maintain constant pressure on my calf, ankle and foot to keep down any swelling. They have padded toe and heel areas for extra protection and a sort of elasticised band around the ankle to keep them in place and offer a tad more compression. Really, a fantastic deal. Now, the sizing: I wear 9-9.5US in Adidas shoes, and the sock size 7812 (sometimes called 7-10, M or 3) are my preferred choice, but I don't wear any padding beneath them as would a soccer player plus I like them a bit tight. The size above those (9101, a.k.a. L or 4) also fit me fine but would offer more leeway for padding etc.
Bought these for my nearly 6 year old who has smallish feet, and they were perfect in both foot length and leg length (previous sized correct foot length have always been far too long for him and way over his knees). These were perfect.
Bought these in the 10-12 1/2k size. Perfect for my little boy he is a size 12. fit is lovely not too tight in the leg so he can easily pull them up but at he same time they keep their shape and are not baggy. Well worth the money.
Bought 2 pairs for grandsons aged 9 and 5 and sizes were perfect, unlike many available elsewhere. The red with white logo looks good but we really wanted a black logo as that is what Wrexham FC wear but these do not appear to be generally available. Overall happy boys.

Great socks for sport! Not too thick like some of the more padded versions in the past. I'm an 8.5-9 size foot but find the next size up can snag up in your shoe where as these are nice and snug. Defo recommend.
I have purchased these Adidas socks for my 2 hockey playing children. These socks are great quality, with really thick cushioning on the bottom for extra comfort. My only problem was I ordered a size too small - the socks all have numbers on the bottom and this number would be really useful in the product description as I have loads of size 4 socks from previous purchases. I needed the socks on the day they arrived so have made do with the smaller size as I wouldn't have got the correct size in time. Size 6 1/2 - 8 has a number 3 on the bottom. I actually wanted number 4 which are the next size up 8 1/2 - 10. Size 10 1/2 - 12 have a number 5. The navy colour is a rich deep blue - exactly what I needed.

Bought these as part of my refereeing 13 kit, and I have to say that I have not really enjoyed wearing them. They rub quite frequently and cause friction/blisters on my heels, and that is not something I want to live with on an adidas product. Unless you have boots that are lines with suede or microfibre and your heels don't shift slightly, I'd steer clear.
My son wears these when he trains but the material near the tongue of his shoes is coming off already. I realised this was because when he plays football he wears Predator Instincts and the tongue of those cleats grip to the socks and so they are pulling on the material. I suspect otherwise the issue would not have risen. All in all, happy with the purchase
I Ordered size UK 8.5-10 for my son who wears Adizero size 9uk football boot, but found the socks are way to long in the foot area.(basically to big) I have now ordered a 6.5-8 so I wait to see how they will fit.Gary
i needed some new socks for my football matches. so i bought these as they were close to what i needed. i used them for the first time last saturday. i scored a goal and got man of the match. best socks ever
I really enjoy wearing these socks. Especially when i am either exercising or walking for extended periods. I found that for me, i have got less aches and pains in my feet and shins that night or the next morning. This may be due to the sock being like a compression sock. Very happy.
Hi all confused by the size codes: code = actual sizes 13k2 = 13k - 2 2124 = 2.5 - 4 4126 = 4.5 - 6 6128 = 6.5 - 8 8121 = 8.5 - 10 10-1 = 10.5 - 12 I would assume these sizes are US. Hope this helps!
The sizes had me confused at first but a phone call cleared it right up - 1212 (ex sm) is for shoe size 1 - 4.5 and 5612 (sm) is for shoe size 5-6.5 and 7812 (med) is for shoe size 7-8.5 and 9101 (lg) is for shoe size 9 and up. Hope this helps in chosing the right one for you :)
