I ordered these as well as another pair. None of which were delivered to my house. Adidas "investigated" it which was basically asking FedEx what happened..... But FedEx said it was delivered so adidas decided not to accept responsibility and all I'm hearing is too bad so sad .... So no refund. No replacement. No credit. Just denial of accountability and moving on..... I be been calling and fighting their decision for weeks.... Dealt with rude customer service reps, supervisors that claimed they are escalating the case but didn't, reps that lied and told me I have to wait 7-14 days.... Absolutely ridiculous that I spend my money don't receive a product and can't get help. So I'm out of my money with no solutions to my problem.
