A really wonderful shoe that is quite comfortable.

Adidas web site instructed me to buy a half size smaller which was incorrect information. It was too small for me. And the Euphoria lt upper was so stiff and uncomfortable that the shoe felt horrible. I returned it straight away. Was told by Adidas Agent that i had to exchange it so I printed out the ticket and took it to the post office. Then another agent said i could of just refund it and buy something else but now that my shoe is in the return process and at the post office. I have to wait a few days for the shoe to reach them. And then they will send another pair which i will have to return again. And only when that second pair is returned will they even start returning my money. What idiot thought this process was the best idea. Please just cancel this order when the shoes arrive. Don't send another pair. What a nightmare to deal with. Adidas overseas customer care is useless!!! I was so excited to finally have a pair of these shoes. And i got sent out a very uncomfortable shoe in the wrong size and had to deal with the most confused agents who just had no idea how problem solve at all. Just repeating their scripts to get you of the phone. Worst customer experience Ive had in years.
