Totally squat proof and the material is lovely and soft. They remind me of a thick swimsuit material crossed with a wet suit, but the Matt finish means they can be worn as normal leggings too. I do find them a bit fitted around the waist so better for pear shapes than apple shapes. They don’t bag or sag and hold me in nicely without having to struggle to put them on. I do find Adidas sizing a bit odd though as I am a uk 22/24 and buy their 3x or 4x for fit ( 4x is a uk 30/32 !) maybe it’s because I like my leggings to slip on rather than have to peel them off and on. Just something to be aware of when ordering. Wash and dry quickly, no bobbling so far. No visible sweat marks. All in a fabulous basic legging
