Ignore sizing advice

Decent quality; look and feel great. I ordered the trainer in both my normal shoe size and a half size down as the site advises but actually found my usual size to be the better fit; although they are snug, this is what you want. Don't downsize. ... read more

Sizing runs small so order at least half a size up but a brilliant product

The sizing runs a little small so make sure to order at least half a size bigger to allow for this. Overall the shoes are amazing, much more stable than normal shoes and they keep your feet at a much better angle which helps when squatting or deadlifting heavy. 10000% would recommend!! ... read more

Great shoes

I currently squat low bar and I use to squat with flat sole shoes. With the Adidas Powerlift I gained much more stability and I feel my squat is much more solid. So if you squat low bar and you want to try shoes with a heel the powerlift I highly reccomended ... read more

A very strange shoe

Not the most attractive shoe in black. The other colors look pretty good. Wide base could be good for someone with ankle instability. The shoe itself is pretty comfortable and somewhat light but it is a very strange fit. This is the only athletic shoe I've worn in several years, including Adidas, that doesnt size to my foot. Definately try this one on. ... read more

Great training shoes

Needed a new pair of shoes when I started lifting and I wasn’t disappointed. The moment you put these on you immediately flex on everyone in the gym. Not only do the look great, but they feel good too. ... read more

Best Lifting Shoes

I needed shoes to keep me stabile during squats and deadlifts and this shoe does it all. Love how the weight on the heels keep me down to the ground. I got plenty of complements at the gym too because the black ones are stylish. ... read more

Good bang for your buck

Great shoe for powerlifting, pretty solid platform. For wide footers, suggest going half a size up or wearing usual size with laces loose closer to toe box. Quality is great for the price (picked these up during the friends and family sale). ... read more

Good shoe, poor sizing advice

Shoe itself is decent for price. I measured my size based on the provided sizing chart which indicated my normal size, however I followed the advice from the site to order one half size larger than my normal size. This was bad advice, the shoe is too big. ... read more

This was my first foray into using this type of specialized shoe. Provides good support - especially toe and heel box - along with the strap. Shoe has to fit perfectly - or you will have a tendency to have you foot move forward towards the toe. This shoe is especially meant for powerlifting - to some extend Olympic weightlifting. Definitely not a cross trainer. Also given the firmness of the sole - it is probably not a good idea to use this for calf raises (concern over sole separating from the upper) or for extended walking around. Too early to tell about the durability. However did notice that the eyelet for the cross strap is well sewn along with a metal ring. Upper material is firm with venting on the top Overall good support and firmness of the sole works well for the intended application Good value for the money - particularly when purchased on sale ... read more

Perfect first lifting shoes!

I recommend these greatly, they're comfortable and perfect for their intended use. Give me great stability in all lifts (I don't wear them for deadlift because I prefer deadlifting barefoot). For their intended use of the squat they're perfect, but they work great in the bench and other compound moves as they just help me keep my stability! 100% recommend. I will wear these shoes in to the ground, but I have a feeling they will outlast me! ... read more

Great powerlifting shoes

This is the 3rd pair I bought of these so far, in different colours. My son uses them and he loves them. The first pair still looks great and we bought it over a year ago, those shoes are made really strong. Will buy again for sure. ... read more

"Lip" portion of shoe started coming off after 2 months

Was really excited about these shoes and using them for squats. Double checked with my podiatrist prior to purchasing them (I have plantar fasciitis). Although I only use the shoes for my leg days for squats, deadlifts, etc. the lower lip is already coming off. After having purchased them just over 2 months ago, not impressed at all in the quality of this product. Will most likely opt for another brand for future purchases. ... read more

good shoes for hiit and pt sessions

the shoes are very light and have grippy sole which is great for hiit and pt training. they are also stable during workouts that require quick feet. these shoes fit a bit wide and they worked perfectly for me. I was a bit worried at first buying online as most adidas shoes i had were ran narrow and i usually ended up having blisters. not these ones. i'd recommend these shoes for studio training, hiit and pt sessions. ... read more

Highly Reccomended Lifting Shoes

I have always used converse to do squats and deadlifts but with these shoes I feel more control and i feel im doing better lifts then before. I would highly recommend these shoes for lifting. Also a half size up is needed. I usually wear a 12 but others recommended a half size up and they fit perfectly 12 1/2. ... read more

Great overall but not the most comfortable.

Liked the product for its perfect support, the side bulge and the wide heel all account for it. I am a size 8 and I bought size 8 as well and they fit snugly on my feet. I have a Cloudfoam Racer TR I can compare to for comfort so I must say that this shoe only reaches 4/5 for comfort to that shoe. Comfort was superceded though by the shoe's responsiveness which makes it perfect for Training and other dynamic and static excersion activities. This is overall a great purchase. ... read more
